Common Questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any active subscriptions or lifetime purchases linked to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Ember, and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Where is my data stored?

All your focus sessions, streaks, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We never upload your data to any server. Deleting the app removes all local data permanently.

The app isn't working correctly

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us at ember@eliasvandenberg.be with a description of the problem and your iOS version.
